So I did! I did an "adduser" on the host (fresh debian installation) and within the ltsp-enviroment (ltsp-chroot). But I can't logon with any user.
Which services have to be started and run? Maybe one service does not work proper ... as I don't have an other idea. /var/log/syslog on the host says: [...] Apr 3 12:57:13 ltsp nbd_server[6327]: Read failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device Apr 3 12:57:13 ltsp nbd_server[6327]: Exiting. Apr 3 12:57:51 ltsp mountd[32454]: authenticated mount request from TC-IP:1004 for /opt/ltsp/i386 (/opt/ltsp) Apr 3 12:57:57 ltsp nbdswapd[6347]: connect from TC-IP (TC-IP) Apr 3 12:57:57 ltsp nbd_server[6353]: connect from TC-IP, assigned file is /tmp/tmp.poYioIAlXL Apr 3 12:57:57 ltsp nbd_server[6353]: Size of exported file/device is 67108864 Apr 3 13:17:01 ltsp /USR/SBIN/CRON[6363]: (root) CMD ( cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.hourly) [...] So, this looks quite fine I guess ... except "Read failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device" Bis denn Torsten > Gesendet: Mittwoch, 03.
