From epoptes, right click on the client, and select execute > open terminal > root, locally.

There, type:
  xrandr
and paste the output here, and then:
  xrandr -s 800x600
and see if the screen now shows any output.

Maybe the client sends a bigger resolution than adapter/screen support.
If so, just use `xrandr -s xxx` until you find the proper one, and finally put it in an lts.conf XRANDR_MODE_0 directive.
