Hello, I have a PC with a fresh Windows 7 installation. I've dowloaded luarocks-2.0.4.1-win32, unzipped it, opened a cmd shell, and run
install /P c:\SDK\LuaRocks I've then added manually the environment variable LUAROCKS_ROOT = C:\SDK\LuaRocks\2.0\ and changed my path by adding %LUAROCKS_ROOT% at the end.
