I spoke to the lunit developer before working on busted (
http://olivinelabs.com/busted) and can confirm it's no longer in
development. I'd suggest moving over to busted (it's super easy to convert!)
Additionally, rather than removing lunit, the rockspec for lunit could be
updated to include "lua 5.1" as a dependency, and you could make a lunitx
rockspec and submit that.
