read that page: "The source has ‘protection’ against use to produce a
document" and "... only allowed with permission ..."

the *source* is distributed quite legally.  a pdf copy (i've been told
such exist on the net) is illegal.

so we're within the law.  even dmca!  (in this instance, at least...)
