Theres a few virus scanners for linux, best one i've encounterd so far is from a german company (can't remember the name right now...i think its just "antivir"). Also if you get amavis you can scan your emails as they come in...works great if your running a server. I believe McAffee does have linux port of their scanner both for workstations and gateways. There's also ton's of programs that attach to sendmail/qmail etc to strip out executables and the like.
You can get amavis from sourceforge, the amavis read me files list's all the scanners it works with (Kaspersky lab etc etc) Let me know if you need more help i have the antivir program on one of my clients servers...somewhere. I dont think RH7.3 has a virus scan like innoculate. I ran a dual boot at first hoping to be able to config it from Unix platform but it didnt work.
