Yeah, basically, OE takes the text of a mail created in mutt of signed with gpg, and puts it in a text file. Then the GPG goes into a dat file. Both have random file names. ATT##### filenames. Its annoying that OE does not read the .txt file inline like all the linux mail programs, but obviously I can't complain since I'm using windows to read a linux mailing list.
