Hi Chris, indeed it should. On any of our social media channels that quote 'lubuntu official' we should ensure that the CoC is adhered to. At present this done on assumption by the mods who sign the ubuntu CoC, but there is no reference for the users of these social media channels to refer to. With the growth of these channels, I do think having a CoC in place for the various media will not only reduce any confusion of "how we moderate', but also project a more professional side to those areas and re-assure people that the mods do take any cases of mis-use / abuse / spamming etc. seriously and actually have a set of rules to refer to.
