As with laptop testing being called in at Beta2, I only ask for update
ISO to be tested at RC time. If our testers have time, they can check
out the terminal command for a forced upgrade along with the ISO at

When tested the 13.04 beta2, I ran the software updater, hoping the
problem with 12.10 might have gone away.
I was surprised that it did identify a few updates to apply.
The behavior of the updater on that machine was the same as in 12.10.
As I recall (but can no longer test) it did the same thing an 12.04.
