I'm actually helping out with a largish amount of desktops and we need netinstall so I pxe boot and mount whatever iso etc. This works and right now I'm using the Lubuntu cd mounted remotely, however the Ubiquity installer (the gui installer for ubuntu) has some bugs that are really annoying (like problems with dmraid misreading windows disks or not picking up the dhcp hostname). Also the mini iso combined with the local deb mirror makes installs a lot faster.
I tried with the server and it's the same problem. That said this may be more of a problem with sogou than anything else, after removing ibus, deleting all settings I could actually enable pinyin.
