The name 'Developer's guide' seems a little superfluous considering the
audience ;)

I have no preference where it goes.  I was just hoping that it wouldn't get
removed before I had a chance to read through it carefully.  In the short
term, it would be nice to have it in the proposed 5th section.

I plan at some point to do a "Developer's guide" on Lucene.  Do you
think that might be more appropriate there?  Or perhaps just a fifth
section called "Building and all the dirty little details"?
