Now that we use ANT, this should be entirely sufficient. The ANT file
yells at you relatively clearly ("Go get JavaCC and set JAVACC_HOME)
if you don't have JavaCC installed, which is the only project
dependency (besides ANT). I don't think anyone is confused on how
to build Lucene.
