Great work Aaron.

Would it be possible for those who are committing / submitting different 
conversions provide some details:

1. Pre / Post processing work required to get it to the "current state" that is 
in the repository
2. A comment or two about the current state - does it build, what .net version 
depedancies it might have, known issues with the conversion 

Both details could be broad strokes, not specifics. I'm just kind of jumping in 
here, this information would certainly help me.
