Yes, I understand that now the QueryParser will trap the errors and convert to exceptions (with the version in CVS). I was just voicing my opinion regarding throwing TokenMgrError's in the first place when they should really be TokenMgrExceptions.
This is a JavaCC thing, not something that was coded into Lucene's QueryParser.jj. Maybe there is some way to control it, but at this point we have the external API working as it should for parse at least.
