We voted amongst ourselves. We created a resolution. We submitted a vote to the
IPMC, which has now passed. The next step is that an email be submitted to the
Board:

It's not clear to me, from reading that over, *who* it is that should be
submitting that proposal. It seems like it should be coming from an IPMC member,
e.g. one of our Mentors or our Champion.

I would be grateful for some guidance/instruction here.
