Здравейте.
Тези дни реших да направя от една събираща прах Apple машина
рутер за вкъщи. До момента за рутер ползвах i386 машина, с която
проблеми не съм имал.
Инсталирах OpenBSD, подкарах интерфейсите, настроих DHCP/DNS/etc,
уж всичко на 6, но не. Проблемът е, че при по-голям трафик през
някой от интерфейсите, въпросния интерфейс timeout-ва и мрежа през
него спира да има до рестарт.
Машината е Apple PowerMac G3 B&W.
Интерфейсите са:
* вградения Apple-ски - bm0
* един интелски - fxp0
* един realtek - rl0
За rl0 когато се получи ядрото се оплаква с "watchdog timeout", за
другите два с "device timeout".
Не успях да накарам google да ми намери решение на проблема, повечето
неща, на които попадам, са свързани с конфликти на прекъсвания, но
при мен (доколкото виждам) няма такъв проблем:
