Have you tried searching the web for another driver for your card(s) that seem(s) to be acting up? You could try an eXPloder driver with an NDIS Wrapper under SuSE 9.1. I'm not sure if I remember you posting this, but did you say you tried installing another PCI NIC and that failed too?
