Gerald

would it be much to ask you to take lead on this.

Noah

This was your baby please lend a hand and lets finish the good job that was
started. We still have on of the best IXP models around; it's just that we
have no stats to show for it.

Regards

Yes, actually a while ago - it was initially set up to read stats from the
routers themselves but this was a rather unacceptable idea (check
http://bandwidth3.cfi.co.ug/index.php, login as user "demo" password
"demo" and count the number of IX routers there :-).

The more acceptable idea was about reading the stats from the switch
itself - being SNMP enabled - a few of us kinda "run out of time" during
that period so AFAIK that's about as far as things are right now.

Rgds,
Gerald.
