I have in my email a copy of a complaint about mail to one of UTL's customers bouncing.
UTL's answer to the complaint was that the mail server sending the mail was not properly configured (this is the same mail server that can send/receive mail from all over the world!) Either UTL has perfected their end better than the yahoo and gmail guys, who by the way probably spend millions of dollars in R&D, or they are doing their customers a dis service. Spam filters aren't any good if they keep out even legitimate mail.
