One thing you'll have noticed is that almost all linux/unix users are actually 
quite good at using  windows. However the same can't be said for the windows 
users which is the point that is being made I believe. 
The very nature of the unix/linux environment forces the users to be open 
minded and be ready to learn new things all the time and adjust to completely 
new ways of doing things. Anyone who has done the transition form ipfwadm, to 
ipchains and then to iptables in linux can agree with me.
