This is very wrong beacuse it stops Linux from growing and so does it
increase the populairty of windoze comeon! And by any chance if you are
an employer please stop that attitude :-) !

MCSE certification does not in anyway stop Linux from growing. In any case
it complements it. I personally believe that all the camps have the
ability to co-exist. I do not see a situation where Linux gives a "fix
all" solution for the entire IT needs in this world.
Give one Solution that you have got at Linux Solution an attended to :-)
In any case if a M$
admin realises that his Windows cant do certain things chances are he will
look for alternatives and Linux could always come in handy. There are
always those situations when your employer wants a solution and aint ready
to hear excuses about M$ not being able to do x, y or z.

In this era of computing I can get you all the certificates you have
dreamt of (Original). That's why if you came to me with your papers and
we have a vacancy I put you on prbation and fire you if don't perfom as
you MSCE shows :-)

Once again Ronny, I think you are exhibiting some ignorance here. You
should make such statements after formatting your brain like an employer.
Wowowo hmmm Wire that wasn't polite we're friends and pliz lets continue to be :-D  am not an employer just consultant a favour from God :-) .
1. No employer is interested in hiring and firing on the fly. Why? Because
it is expensive to the company.
Cheap to the employer from Economics I hear though Iam a Scientist where I belive in "Survival for the Fittest"

2. For the companies that have the means, they are interested in "ready"
products.
Good you accept that Ready products from School or Experinced ;-)  + some papers which you can get in 2 or  3 months :-D  right or wrong?
So in a situation where no one is in position to tell you about
the skills of two potential employees what would your inclination be? The
papers or your gut feeling?
3. Of late I come across very decent techies with lots of paperwork to
their credit.
Does lots mean genuine here? :-) How many here are Linux Certified and can configure a Linux Voice gateway/Satellite Receiver .No School teaches this, it's  experince and add work for School dropouts :-)
Wire and that's what I meant dear. You should be job creators not seekers. So was the oring of Linux and M$. However big your papers will be as long as Iam in IT I won't value you till I see what you can do :-) .I think you know what I mean .People do get Big certificates in months these days Wire. And if you are after that you are doomed my friend think twice.
Gone are the days when IT admins were just offered jobs
without crosschecking their paperwork. Infact if you still have hope of a
career in IT that will span beyond Spacenet, u had better think of these
papers that you so much despise.
I don't need any academic papers to compete with you.I just need a PC , internet Link and Mobile phone and that will be a Career for me till I RIP (Rest In Peace) :-)  and you know that.Well beyond Spacenet will be my own Company :-) .After all I got people like you with papers to employ :-D  jokes

The thing is how do we get linux to the desktop without MSCE's failing
us look windows 95 and 98 still in our schools why?How can yoiu
convince such a kid that linux exists :-\

MCSEs r not failing you to get Linux to the desktop.
Are you for open source or Closed Stuff? Why do you say "you" instead of "us" or "we" :-\
The plain truth is
that Microsoft is a very good marketeer and until we in the FOSS world
pull up our socks in that area, dont expect anything much in that
direction.

Good as in thieves :-D  Wire don't promote M$ in here
Niceday Wire nice mail.
