There are always those situations when your employer wants a solution and aint ready to hear excuses about M$ not being able to do x, y or z.In this era of computing I can get you all the certificates you have dreamt of (Original).That's why if you came to me with your papers and we have a vacancy I put you on prbation and fire you if don't perfom as you MSCE shows :-)Once again Ronny, I think you are exhibiting some ignorance here. You should make such statements after formatting your brain like an employer.
Cheap to the employer from Economics I hear though Iam a Scientist where I belive in "Survival for the Fittest"1. No employer is interested in hiring and firing on the fly. Why? Because it is expensive to the company.
Good you accept that Ready products from School or Experinced ;-) + some papers which you can get in 2 or 3 months :-D right or wrong?2. For the companies that have the means, they are interested in "ready" products.
Does lots mean genuine here? :-) How many here are Linux Certified and can configure a Linux Voice gateway/Satellite Receiver .No School teaches this, it's experince and add work for School dropouts :-)So in a situation where no one is in position to tell you about the skills of two potential employees what would your inclination be? The papers or your gut feeling? 3. Of late I come across very decent techies with lots of paperwork to their credit.
