  True,  but that is no longer the case or atleast they try not to make it
so,  e.g the K-root server in KE.  We could host one of these also if we
wanted.  Thing is there is not so many people out  to crying out loud
enough so they can be heard and have some policies changed.

Thats where we ( read techies / UG or not )  come in,  start being active
in some of the seminars/discussions/policy drafts that go on, be abit more
involved , might not make a chunk of a difference but we would have moved
from 0 to 1 or atleast a few millimetres :).
