Apparently a certain rumour mill website (mentioned at http://monitor.co.ug/sunday/news/news02125.php) is no longer accessible directly from at least 2 major ISP networks. I tried when I heard this, and was able to confirm it. Moreover, if you surf using any sort of anonymizer proxy (google search and you will find some such as http://www.the-cloak.com/login.html) you can reach it. Did the routers catch a cold? What are the implications (user, legal, business, etc.)? This has a distinctly chinese whiff to it! P. ----------------------------------------------- Trek the Rwenzori's.
