There is some thruth in the bocking of the Monitor website. I was trying to follow the results using their online tally centre but after some time, access simply became a problem. Now of course I attributed it to heavy traffic initially but when the situation did not change I began to suspect something else.
PS: I was accessing from Outside the country.
