Gitta Dont doubt. The meetings we had in 2004/5 gave way to some of the changes you are seeing today. So do not resign to fate. Lets make it a habit to participate in these ventures. Infact I applaud Badru for that because the times that I have been there, he is always there threatening to sit next to the MC even :). Next time you hear some one compalining over these issues first ask them whether they attend the public fora. If they dont, give them a lecture on the need to do so in order to make your voice reach a wider audience. I once made a statement that a journalist captured and was later told that it ruffled a certain minister the wrong way "but what I said was the truth anyway".
