Hi list,

I have installed a USB isdn modem (Intracom netmod is the manufacturer) on
suse 9.3

I used yast2 to install since it could not be seen on the command line.
Command line was only quering the serial ports.
Yast2 was able to detect the modem and install it.

Right now am trying to dial with no success.

Error is:

Stdin not read/write and $MODEM not set

I have set the init details as below with no success

Init1 ATZ

Init2 ATB40

Do you know the correct init details?

 Regards,

Noel Rwamatsika
