Indeed, but some users are too naughty. I'm not sure if it does, but if Skype supported TOS (Type Of Service) bit setting, a bandwidth management package for Linux (in place of Cisco IOS) can be used to "shape" how much bandwidth the Skype-generated voice traffic can use. Suffice it to say, I've never done this before on Linux. Mark.
