This might actually be a simpler option. If U'r willing to entrust your job
security and company mail with google. All you need is a registered domain
name e.g mail.org.co.ug, to which users can point and access their mail,
with all the perks of gmail. With a current 2Gb mail limit space should not
be an issue (for now).
