World Wide Web is the stuff that you see when you use a browser. It is 
documents with Hypertext transported over http

Tim Berners Lee did invent that, as he states in the link you provide:

"I just had to take the hypertext idea and connect it to the TCP and DNS ideas 
and -- ta-da! -- the World Wide Web."

As with most great inventions, it was a close call, others could have done the 
same thing around that time,

So, if it is not the question: 'Did you invent the Internet?' What would it be 
you would like to ask him, now you have the chance? Maybe something about Web 
3.0? Just do a suggestion...
