Well, I can't speculate as to why it's not popular with the ISP's. But I know some ISP's using it extensively in the EU. Having said that, at my previous employment, we wanted to find a full-proof way to provide on-demand SMTP services toward customers without having to resort to statically assigned IP addresses. ODMR was our solution, and we took it. Cheers, Mark.
