Skills vs Papers who would you love to have on your team, IT being a growing field in Uganda its inevitable that hiring will embrace head hunting and less of interviews, and in this world we have seen guys with loads of papers who cant do naught, thus a 'BAD' candidate might get a job before a paper laden fellow in the near future.
