Ah, that's the bit that remains inconsistent (in my mind, 
anyway).

It is understood that the retail price will, obviously, be 
marked-up by the individual ISP re-selling the capacity to 
its customers. That's economics.

However, what we're discussing here is the wholesale price. 
Is the wholesale price ex-Mombasa (which I can understand), 
or does it extend into the participating countries (which I 
can't understand unless SEACOM, specifically, own and 
operate inland infrastructure)?
