Already spoke with AT&T and was able to confirm it will work. Also
have a friend with AT&T who is in Uganda right now and her phone
worked on global roaming with no added config required.

The IRSD is only for countries US and Visiting Country like Uganda
while IRXP for all countries. Contact your customer service center
