@Mike, i got an error when connecting to http://www.orange.ug/ (the connection 
to the server was reset)

@eb: orange charges 45000 per Gig. (and less, if you buy more) Just buy a 
card, shove it in, and they claim they will send your settings to the phone 
and it will work.

And those prices are published on their website.
