Hi All,

Inspired by what I learnt from you all when I was based in Kampala, I and a
few friends have started a LUG here in Arusha.

Had only one meeting (only 3 people turned up) so far but many more planned
and things are picking up and from chat and email, I can see lots of
interest.

Anyhow, the major purpose of this email is to request permission to use some
of the material/presentations that are on your LUG website. Not sure on
policy and who I should ask so I am sending out a general email.

Also, any ideas, pointers and encouragement is welcome. Below is a rough
draft of the proceedings of the initial meeting.

Cheers and best regards,

Simon Mutama
