http://ubuntu.mountbatten.net/ for some reason has refused to open. but a ping returns some reply but with some packet loss. http://41.220.5.8/ shows me some summary of Apt-cache version 1.6.7 ubuntu4: Daemon mode ( /etc/apt-cacher/apt-casher.conf)
