I once had trouble installing those same MySQL components. That was in April 
just after the launch of Lucid.
The installations went well until I got to the mysql-client-5.1 where errors 
started popping up.

I figured it was a network error because I believe the cache must have all the 
packages.
I don't know the ins-and-outs of apt-cacher so I put it down to the network 
connection.
I just can't remember if I was using an Orange or a Uganda Telecom link.
