For the last so many years, the list has been working just fine with
one admin. I don't think there is a crisis to warrant radical changes
now. I can understand if Kiggs does not wish to give away root access
to his box - he runs other lists and services on it.
Kiggs started the LUG list and I don't think we can start making
demands on how it should be run.
