A price war on DATA eerrrm well some claim to have good networks, some know they have good networks , some are just impostors hiding behind others, So those who know they have "good" networks naturally will not budge, because maintaining that GOOD network COSTS REAL MONEY, those who claim to have the good networks will play the price game but further compounding the problem of wrong dimensioning and oversubscription the biggest pest in ugandan DATA business(signal to noise ratio ), and well the impostors will simply be impostors...!! :)
