Hm. Mixed feelings about this one. Happiness because yet another system 
migrated, a bit sad that open source will help making war efforts more 
efficient, but mostly a feeling of overwhelming dread at the notion that some 
military critical systems out there run something as insecure as Windows. This 
is the sort of Eldritch horror that could render me sleepless.
