(Agreeing with Hari) I was wondering the same thing. This is a piece of American legislation. The amount of global teeth-gnashing amazes me. if recent history proves correct, our government is broken and cant pass legislation to save the countries economy, improve education or upgrade healthcare. Yet people think they will find a way to make this bill pass???? In the words of my favorite ESPN presenter:
