Indeed in theory. But imagine what happens the moment Joe not-Plumber has a 
'real'  desktop. He forgets that the 'PC' is really a lowly phone and starts 
running Firefox+Youtube and all other such CPU suckers. Now any normal laptop 
gets hot. Imagine that poor little phone with a quad-core and other 
tightly-packed electronics inside?
