Kako bi prevedli besedno zvezo "damping factor"?
Kontekst:
The value of the damping factor used when calculating the
exponentially weighted average of the rate. Increasing this value
will increase the damping effect of the rate calculations, which
makes the time remaining more accurate, but the graphs less responsive.
