well, my software allows and encourages the use of the mouse, at times it is 
needed.  Yet, lots of work is also possible from the keyboard.  Initial entry 
would rarely require the mouse I suppose, but revisions to a piece already 
entered 
would use the mouse more.

Still, I find myself using the mouse extensively when doing drafting in other 
software, and, with proper relaxation techniques I have no trouble with that; 
even 
when playing my favorite solitare game, when the mouse is used to 'fling' cards 
about! :-).
