Dear Chris,
There could be any number of reasons for this.
Try uploading as "private"-you can change to public later.
Try changing all the key words and title words.
Make sure the category is correct.
Make sure that you are using the correct codec--I recommend H.264
and that the aperture width is ok, although the aperture should not 
be a cause for rejection.

Lastly, you may be uploading from an ISP that is blocked.
If you have a friend with a different ISP, try uploading from there.

The only other thing I can think of is that there are content tags in 
the codec stream, that would be a software issue if so.
What software are you using to make the file?
