I have extracted the two pages which contain the Theorbo article. The
PDF is 1.4Mb. (This may seem odd because the PDF for the whole book is
only 50Mb and it has over 700 pages, but I lose the economies of scale
by having only the two pages.)

The text is readable and the illustrations are clear. The engraving of
the instrument is discernable, but not terribly attractive.

I will send it to anyone who fails to access it on Google on the
understanding that if you live in a country whose copyright laws
forbid such a thing, you won't ask me 8^)
