Sorry, this file upoad site of France Telecom is reliable but a little
bit confusing.
(And the important things are in the smallest writing..)
Have a look at this example:

You find (1) the name of the file, (2) its size (Mo = MB) , you copy
the word in " .." from here (3) to the empty field (4), then press (5).
