Well, if you have high 1st fret and low 4th fret, you get Db on the b-letter of the 5th course, and C# on the 4th fret of the e-letter on the 3rd course (assuming "renaissance" tuning in G). And of course tastino for the b-letter for the C#, not to speak of the F# (instead of Gb) is a good idea!
