Bluetooth needs firmware-atheros package from non-free, then it Just
Works (in linux ≥3.8; I'm on 3.13).
But I ran into an annoying "feature":
1. Run setxkbmap -option ctrl:nocaps -option altwin:ctrl_win
when you first log into X.
Keyboards already plugged in work as desired.
2. Unplug & replug, or plug in another keyboard.
New keyboard has Caps Lock key!
3. Rerun setxkbmap, and that keyboard is fixed—until you unplug &
replug it again.
I can't see an option in setxkbmap to say
"bloody well set this permanently?"
Anybody know how to get that?
This issue also affects the fbcon tty, s/setxkbmap/setupcon/.
They both share a host-wide default in /etc/default/keyboard.
