debian will have 5.7 after freeze, it's in alioth git already - so no problem for sid/testing after the freeze - and if one is interested in, these few packages could be backported to stable then. so the problem is for ubuntu only - but lxqt isn't in the repo for 14.10, so a ppa could provide needed KF5 parts
